D.L. Evans Bank is seeking a Debit Card Services Manager to lead card services, ATM operations, and dispute handling. The role emphasizes compliance with Regulation E, vendor management, and program enhancements.

The position requires supervisory experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to implement risk controls and fraud prevention measures across card products and Zelle services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in bankcard processing or related industry.
• Strong knowledge of ATM hardware and network operations.
• Understanding of data communication, systems, and telecommunications.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Develops, implements, and maintains card services procedures for debit and gift card servicing needs and ATM operations.
• Coordinates and oversees debit, ATM, and prepaid card activities.
• Oversees ATM operations including cash management and balancing responsibilities.
• Oversees card issuance and reissuance including instant issue services.
• Reviews and resolves card-related issues, concerns, requests, problems, and complaints from customers.
• Manages vendor relationships for card processing and ATM services.
• Implements changes to card programs and risk management tools to prevent fraud.
• Produces reports for management and other departments.
