Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year in banking or bank-related field.
• Experience in debit/credit card operations and balancing preferred.
• Professional communication with internal and external contacts.
• Proficient in written communications and MS Office/365.
• Ability to adapt to policies, procedures, and risk controls.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve debit card disputes by researching and monitoring cases while ensuring Regulation E compliance.
• Review reports for chargeback statuses and research cardholder unposted items.
• Process Zelle dispute claims and ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare the MasterCard Billing Reports (MCB).
• Prepare end-of-month status reports.
• Monitor Account Data Compromise alerts and reissue cards as needed.
• Perform general research tasks related to debit card operations.
• Conduct and complete additional assignments/projects as designated by management.
