Job summary

You will handle debit and prepaid card disputes, provide quick telephone and email support to customers and partners, and help ensure compliance with Regulation E and network rules.

In this role, you will collaborate with Visa, MasterCard, FIS, and Datacard to optimize dispute processing, mitigate risk around card issuance, and support process improvements.

Qualifications

• Strong communication via phone and email with internal/external customers.
