Job summary

Aptive is seeking a Project Manager to support the VA DEAN Operations and Initiative Transformation. You will manage projects within a large-scale program, ensuring deliverables stay on scope, schedule, and budget while aligning with federal contracting requirements.

Reporting to the TOPL/Program Manager, you will develop project artifacts, monitor performance, and coordinate with VA offices and partner contractors to drive alignment and execution of workstreams within the DEAN transformation

Qualifications

Minimum 4 years managing a large-scale program with multiple projects.
BA/BS in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Administration or related field.
PMP or equivalent certification required at time of hire.
Ability to obtain VA Public Trust clearance (Tier 2 / MBI) and comply with VA information security requirements.
Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship; E-Verify.

Responsibilities

Serve as Project Manager for one or more projects within the DEAN program, managing day-to-day activities and ensuring on-scope, on-schedule, on-budget delivery.
Plan, initiate, manage, execute, and close out projects following PMI standards and federal contracting requirements.
Provide project-level status updates and escalate risks to advance DEAN objectives.
Develop and maintain project artifacts (schedules, risk logs, status reports) per VA standards.
Coordinate with VA program offices and contractors to align efforts and drive execution of workstreams.
