Job summary

Aptive is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support the VA VHA SPD/CCPI. You will manage PMP-based governance, maintain PMP, project charter, schedules, RAID logs, and stakeholder registries across up to six pilots, coordinating with the Program Director and government leadership.

The role includes producing status reports, dashboards, budgets, and scoping letters; facilitating sessions, maintaining repositories, and delivering executive-ready materials for SES and Congressional

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; PMP certification preferred with 4+ years' experience.
• Experience managing large, complex programs with multiple projects.
• Ability to obtain VA PIV credential and pass a background investigation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Government-approved PMP, Project Charter, schedules, RAID Log, and Stakeholder Registry.
• Develop and maintain Portfolio Management Dashboard for status, milestones, risks, and funding.
• Lead weekly status meetings with COR; produce weekly task reports and monthly progress reports.
• Prepare scoping letters for emerging in-scope requirements and support executive briefing materials.
