Dallas College seeks an experienced Dean, Success Coaching to lead a large team delivering student success coaching and case management across seven campuses. The role drives retention, persistence, credential completion, and workforce readiness while coordinating with Academic and Workforce leaders.

• Ability to manage budgets and supervise programs.

Responsabilités

• Oversees a team of Success Coaches providing high‑impact engagement and case management.
• Leads professional development for coaches and ensures evidence‑based practices.
• Collaborates with internal and external partners to support student persistence and completion.
• Leverages technology to improve communication, tracking, and service efficiency.
• Develops budgets and monitors department expenditures.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
