Responsibilities

• Build and lead a team of Success Coaches serving seven campuses.
• Develop a strategic retention, persistence and success plan with KPIs.
• Collaborate with Academic, Workforce, and Student Success leaders to implement engagement strategies.
• Oversee budget development and department expenditures.
• Plan and implement orientation programs to ensure student readiness.
• Ensure compliance with Dallas College, state, and federal requirements.
