Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree required in a relevant field
• 7+ years of professional experience in student affairs or related higher education functions
• 5+ years of supervisory or management experience
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and collaborative systems
• Experience with strategic planning, budgets, grants, and assessment
• Knowledge of contemporary student affairs practices in coordination of care and student success
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for a comprehensive student care and success framework.
• Partner with Academic Affairs, Enrollment Services, Financial Aid, and Student Wellness to identify student needs and connect resources.
• Lead design and ongoing improvement of a coordinated care and case management framework.
• Oversee evaluation and use of case management and student-success technologies with privacy and security in mind.
• Direct targeted and grant-funded programs (TRIO, Perkins, MAIHE, SUCCESS) and collaboration across departments.
• Lead CARE Team and coordinated intervention processes and ensure effective referrals and follow-up.
• Provide leadership for Student Counseling Services and ensure compliant referral protocols.
• Guide the O'Neill Center for Student Access & Support and promote equitable accommodations for students with disabilities.
• Oversee essential needs programs, veterans affairs, and student conduct under a student-centered model.
• Develop budgets, grants, contracts, and partnerships; report on outcomes to improve equity and persistence.
