Job summary

Qualifications

  • Master's degree from an accredited institution.
  • Six years of leadership/administrative experience in a setting with integrated learning services.
  • Three years supervising direct reports, including coaching and performance management.

Responsibilities

  • Oversees the day-to-day operations of the Learning Commons and supervises area managers.
  • Interacts with students to promote growth mindset and models behavior for faculty and staff.
  • Generates reports and manages the annual budget for the Learning Commons; maintains expenditure records.
  • Prepares and delivers presentations to communicate the Learning Commons role and capabilities.
  • Maintains privacy, security, and confidentiality of student records per regulations.
