Qualifications

• Master's degree required.

• Three (3) years' leadership in curriculum and instruction.
• Three (3) years' experience supervising staff.

Responsibilities

• Assists VPAA on students, personnel or resource management in a timely manner.
• Directs and manages course schedules and teaching assignments per policy.
• Ensures fiscal responsibility in schedule and budget management.
• Collaborates with secondary school and university partners on initiatives.
• Leads accreditation efforts and ensures program assessment.
• Oversees faculty development, retention, promotion decisions.
• Monitors student performance and resource allocation for programs.
