Chamberlain University’s Las Vegas campus seeks a Dean of Academic Affairs-Nursing to lead the BSN program strategy, delivery, and continuous advancement.

You will inspire faculty, champion student success, drive accreditation compliance, and partner with university leaders to grow programs and partnerships.

This on-site leadership role requires RN licensure, a master's in nursing, and a doctoral degree preferred, with a track record in nursing education and leadership.

Qualifications

• Master's in Nursing required; doctoral preferred.
• Current, unencumbered RN license and/or multi-state license to practice nursing required.
• Minimum 5 years nursing education experience, with at least 3 years in progressive academic leadership.
• Experience leading faculty, academic operations, curriculum delivery, and student success initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead BSN curriculum development, evaluation, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure curriculum delivery aligns with standards, outcomes, accreditation, and regulatory expectations.
• Drive NCLEX success, retention, persistence, graduation, and student satisfaction.
• Leverage data and performance metrics to identify opportunities and drive improvements.
• Build, mentor, coach, and evaluate a high-performing faculty and academic leadership team.
• Oversee faculty recruitment, onboarding, development, scheduling, performance management, and retention.
• Partner with academic leaders to identify development opportunities and enhance faculty effectiveness and student learning.
• Create an academic environment where students thrive academically, professionally, and personally.
• Promote engagement strategies that improve persistence and graduation outcomes.
