Qualifications

• Experience managing dealership administrative functions and finances.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Ability to supervise staff and maintain accurate records.
• Proficiency with CDK or similar dealership management systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee dealership administrative functions, establish workflows, and ensure timely completion.
• Manage accounts payable/receivable and general ledger accuracy with the accounting team.
• Monitor schedules, research discrepancies, and support monthly financial reporting.
• Coordinate payroll processing and maintain employee records.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Supervise office staff, promote accountability, and drive process improvements.
• Collaborate with managers to resolve operational issues and support performance goals.
