ACV Auctions, a technology-driven automotive marketplace, is seeking an Account Manager to partner with dealerships in Buffalo, NY. You will retain and grow a customer base across target markets, navigating a dynamic environment with resilience and flexibility to achieve sales goals.

You will build strong relationships through multiple channels, drive adoption of ACV solutions, and surface new product opportunities while staying informed about automotive market trends and buyer preferences.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Strong communication skills with dealerships to build and maintain relationships.
• Self-motivated to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
• Proactively engage customers and identify opportunities to meet needs.
• Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and adjust strategies accordingly.

Responsibilities

• Actively support efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
• Develop understanding of ACV's dealer solutions and drive adoption.
• Meet and beat monthly and quarterly sales and retention goals.
• Collaborate with Field Sales to retain and grow customers and volume.
• Maintain CRM records of all customer interactions.
