Qualifications

• 3 years of sales experience in the automotive industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze market data and pricing.
• Experience with CRM systems, especially Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Monitor unsold auctions and lead deal negotiations with dealer partners.
• Close ended live auctions and post-sale offers while maintaining profitability.
• Coordinate across internal teams to execute agreements.
• Communicate across text, phone, email, and Slack to drive sales.
