Job summary

ACV Auctions is seeking an Account Manager to collaborate with dealerships in targeted markets to promote our dealer solutions and drive adoption.

You will retain and grow a customer base while meeting monthly and quarterly sales and retention goals, partnering with Field Sales, and leveraging CRM to track activity. Fluency in English and Spanish, a proactive sales mindset, and strong communication are required to thrive in our fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English and Spanish.
• Self-Motivated with drive to hit sales targets.
• Excellent communication skills with dealerships.
• Sales experience in automotive industry preferred.
• Customer-focused with ability to identify needs and opportunities.
• Proactive approach to reach out and present solutions.
• Strategic thinking to assess account performance and opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Actively and consistently support efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
• Develop understanding of ACV's dealer solutions and drive adoption.
• Meet and beat monthly and quarterly sales and customer retention goals
• Partner with Field Sales to develop and execute market strategies to retain/grow customers
• Drive customer relationships via text, phone, email, and Slack in a fast-paced environment
• Maintain records of all customer interactions in CRM
• Offer proactive solutions to meet customer buying needs
• Provide ongoing sales support and present additional products to existing customers
• Stay informed about automotive trends to advise buyers
• Monitor account performance and identify additional product opportunities
• Identify customers with gaps in bid/buy activity and re-engage them
• Perform other duties as assigned.
