Service Pros Auto Glass is seeking a motivated Dealership Support Representative to join our growing team in Columbia, South Carolina. You will assist customers with windshield replacement services, glass repair scheduling, and service coordination inside our partnered dealerships.

This W-2 full-time role offers weekly pay, growth opportunities, and a path to build a long-term career in the automotive service industry through paid training and team-based culture.

Competenze

• Previous customer service, retail, or sales experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable speaking with customers in a dealership environment.
• Self-motivated with a proactive and goal-oriented mindset.
• Professional appearance and strong work ethic.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Mansioni

• Engage customers in dealership service drives and identify windshield replacement or auto glass repair needs
• Educate customers on auto glass services, insurance options, and scheduling
• Coordinate on-site windshield replacement and repair services
• Build strong working relationships with service advisors, technicians, and dealership managers
• Encourage dealership referrals and help achieve daily and weekly performance goals
• Maintain accurate records of customer leads, service appointments, and completed jobs
• Represent Service Pros Auto Glass with a professional, positive attitude
