Service Pros Auto Glass is hiring a Dealership Support Representative to join our West Palm Beach team. You will assist customers with windshield replacement, glass repair scheduling, and service coordination inside partnered auto dealerships.

The ideal candidate enjoys customer service, sales, and relationship building. English and Spanish are preferred, and this full-time role offers weekly pay and strong growth opportunities within a fast-paced dealership environment.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service, retail, or sales experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable speaking with customers in a dealership environment.
• Self-motivated with a proactive and goal-oriented mindset.
• Professional appearance and strong work ethic.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in service drives and identify windshield needs.
• Educate customers on auto glass services and scheduling.
• Coordinate on-site windshield replacement and repairs.
• Build relationships with service advisors and dealership managers.
• Encourage referrals and help meet daily/weekly targets.
• Maintain records of leads, appointments, and completed work.
• Represent the company with a professional, positive attitude.
