Service Pros Auto Glass in Charleston, SC is seeking Brand Ambassadors to represent our company inside partner automotive dealerships. You will engage customers in service lanes, educate them on auto glass services, and coordinate windshield replacement appointments with the service team.

This W-2 role offers weekly pay and commission opportunities, with a schedule Monday–Saturday, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM and about 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Customer service or sales experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable approaching and speaking with customers.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in dealership service lanes and waiting areas.
• Identify potential windshield replacement or auto glass repair opportunities.
• Educate customers on available auto glass services.
• Coordinate glass replacement appointments with the service team.
• Build relationships with dealership service advisors, managers, and technicians.
• Encourage referrals and help grow service volume.
• Track leads, customer interactions, and completed jobs.
• Maintain a professional and positive brand presence inside partner dealerships.
