Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in dealership service drives and identify windshield replacement or auto glass repair needs.
• Educate customers on auto glass services, insurance options, and scheduling.
• Coordinate on-site windshield replacement and repair services.
• Build strong working relationships with service advisors, technicians, and dealership managers.
• Encourage dealership referrals and help achieve daily and weekly performance goals.
• Maintain accurate records of customer leads, service appointments, and completed jobs.
• Represent Service Pros Auto Glass with a professional, positive attitude.
