Service Pros Auto Glass in Tampa, FL seeks a Dealership Support Representative to join our fast-paced automotive partnership team. You will assist customers with windshield replacement, glass repair scheduling, and service coordination at partnered dealerships.

The role is full-time with weekly pay, growth opportunities, and a commission structure for top performers. Schedule is Monday–Saturday, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM, ~40 hours per week, with benefits after 90 days and paid training.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service, retail, or sales experience preferred but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable speaking with customers in a dealership environment
• Self-motivated with a proactive and goal-oriented mindset
• Professional appearance and strong work ethic
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in dealership service drives and identify windshield replacement or auto glass repair needs
• Educate customers on auto glass services, insurance options, and scheduling
• Coordinate on-site windshield replacement and repair services
• Build strong working relationships with service advisors, technicians, and dealership managers
• Encourage dealership referrals and help achieve daily and weekly performance goals
• Maintain accurate records of customer leads, service appointments, and completed jobs
• Represent Service Pros Auto Glass with a professional, positive attitude
