Culligan with ZeroWater Technology seeks a General Manager to oversee our Jacksonville and Starke dealerships, responsible for achieving revenue, income, and balance sheet targets while ensuring customer service excellence.

The role requires strong leadership to drive profitable growth, manage P&L, optimize operations, and mentor staff. You will coordinate sales, service, and administration, monitor costs, and maintain competitive knowledge to keep us ahead in the local market.

Qualifications

• 2 years: Service Center Operations.
• 5 years: Sales/Marketing Management.

Responsibilities

• Drive the business toward profitable growth.
• Safeguarding the assets of the branch.
• Full operational responsibility for all profit and loss related activities of the branch.
• Monitor overtime & temporary labor utilization and tightly control their use.
• Prepare staff to deliver exemplary customer service and measure performance.
• Motivate and recognize branch personnel to establish a strong team culture.
• Ensure annual performance evaluations and salary reviews for branch staff.
• Financial analysis to identify trends and implement corrective actions.
• Respond to difficult customer inquiries and unusual situations.
• Manage efficient routing of deliveries and service calls.
• Execute programs to meet or exceed the sales plan.
• Prepare business forecasts and budgets.
• Manage branch payables, inventory, and receivables with corporate coordination.
• Maintain knowledge of local competition.
• Recruit, select, and develop all branch employees.
• Administer company policies and procedures.
• Spend time in the field training branch personnel.
• Uphold safety guidelines and practices.
• Coach and counsel employees on performance issues.
• Manage sales, operations, and administrative departments of the branch.
• File paperwork related to insurance, liability, fleet accidents, and worker compensation.
• May perform duties of other branch staff as needed.
• Consolidate/automate duties to improve efficiency.
