Job summary

Power Auto Group is seeking a detail-driven Deal Admin to join our Salem team. You will ensure car deals are processed accurately, handle DMV processes, and support inventory and accounting tasks in a fast-paced automotive environment.

This role emphasizes precision, collaboration, and proactive problem-solving, with an emphasis on organization and timely processing of deals. Automotive accounting experience is a plus, but a love for accuracy and structure is a must.

Responsibilities

• Process deals with accuracy, including catch ups on commissions, trade payoffs, funding, and vehicle receivables.
• Reconcile commissions and schedules to ensure payments are correct.
• Assist with inventory-related functions and DMV processes.
• Support projects and contribute to system improvements for growth.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Deal flow/processing, compliance, trade payoffs, funding, CIT, and vehicle receivables
• Commission and schedule reconciliation
• Assisting with inventory-related functions and DMV processes
• Supporting projects and helping improve systems for future growth
