What You’ll Be Doing

As our Accounting Clerk, you will be the backbone of our financial administration. Your day-to-day will involve:

• Processing and balancing daily dealership transactions, dealership logs, and invoices.

• Assisting with accounts payable (A/P) and accounts receivable (A/R).

• Verifying vehicle sales contracts, trade-ins, and title paperwork for accuracy.

• Reconciling monthly schedules and assisting with month-end financial reporting.

• Working closely with sales, service, and management teams to keep accounting records accurate and timely.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 1–2+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience (dealership experience or familiarity with DMS platforms like CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, or Dealertrack is a big plus!).

• Skills: Strong organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and proficiency with Excel/spreadsheet software.
