Qualifications

• 1 year dealership accounting experience required.
• Excellent customer service and accuracy in data entry.
• Punctual and reliable, especially during month-end close.

Responsibilities

• Post payables invoices for five dealerships in a paperless environment.
• Reconcile vendor statements and issue monthly payments.
• Maintain accounts payable reports and spreadsheets.
• Assist in monthly closings and provide account analysis.
• Respond to vendor inquiries and ensure accurate posting.
