Professional communication with external contacts including dealership staff.
Proficiency with Outlook, Excel, and Teams.

Responsibilities

Craft and send professional email communications to dealers regarding verification requests.
Monitor dealer requests, verification statuses, due dates, and outstanding items.
Review dealer responses and identify additional information needed.
Follow up with dealers when responses are incomplete or overdue.
Maintain up-to-date documentation for every request and verification activity.
Escalate unresolved issues to the Lead for guidance.
Generate status updates with summaries of open requests and verifications.
Collaborate with internal teams to progress verification activities.
Adhere to procedures, communication standards, and data-handling rules.
Assist in improving tracking and reporting processes.
Monitor shared mailboxes for new requests and questions.
