What You’ll Do

• Craft and send clear, professional email communications to dealers regarding verification requests and necessary follow-up actions.
• Utilize established tracking tools to meticulously monitor dealer requests, verification statuses, due dates, and outstanding items.
• Proactively review incoming dealer responses, identifying requests that require additional information or further action.
• Initiate follow-up communications with dealers when responses are incomplete, overdue, or require clarification.
• Maintain comprehensive and up‑to‑date documentation for every request and verification activity.
• Escalate unresolved dealer issues, recurring concerns, and potential compliance risks to the appropriate Lead.
• Generate routine status updates, providing clear summaries of open requests, completed verifications, overdue items, and issues needing attention.
• Collaborate effectively with internal team members to resolve questions and ensure verification activities progress efficiently.
• Adhere strictly to established procedures, communication standards, and data‑handling requirements.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of request‑tracking and dealer follow‑up processes.
• Monitor shared mailboxes for incoming requests and questions.

Must‑Have Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of conveying complex information clearly and professionally.
• Exceptional organizational abilities and a meticulous attention to detail.
• Proven capacity to manage multiple requests, deadlines, and follow‑up activities simultaneously.
• Comfortable communicating professionally with external contacts, including dealership personnel.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Teams or comparable business tools.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize daily tasks effectively, and elevate issues appropriately.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain accurate records and handle business information with the utmost discretion.

Nice‑to‑Have Qualifications

• Experience in automotive, dealership operations, customer service, compliance, or a related business process.
• Experience maintaining trackers, preparing status reports, or monitoring service‑level deadlines.
• Familiarity with Microsoft SharePoint, PowerApps, Power BI, or similar workflow and reporting tools.
• An Associate degree or equivalent business experience.
