ZT Automotive Group seeks an Acura Warranty Administrator to manage the complete warranty lifecycle—from repair order booking to claim submission, reconciliation, and reporting in line with Acura and company policies.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced dealership environment supporting multiple departments while ensuring manufacturer compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of warranty administration experience in a dealership environment.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturer warranty policies, procedures, and audit requirements.
• Prior Acura experience preferred.
• Proficiency with CDK database systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Review and book repair orders in compliance with Acura Policy and Procedure.
• Process all warranty claims promptly and with accuracy.
• Prepare and file warranty paperwork to ensure proper documentation.
• Verify criteria required by manufacturer and reconcile warranty receivables.
• Communicate effectively with service staff and management to resolve issues.
