Job summary

Bally's Interactive in Iowa seeks an experienced Blackjack Dealer to deal games, take bets, and provide top-tier guest service. You will uphold state regulations and internal controls while creating a welcoming, engaging casino experience.

The role requires clear knowledge of rules, consistent attendance, and the ability to manage table transactions and table openings/closings. Compensation includes $12.14/hour plus tips.

Job description

Maintains a knowledge of, and adherence to, company/department policies and procedures, including those pertaining to State and Federal regulations. Controls pace of the game and ensures highest level of game protection at all times. Informs Supervisor of attempts to cheat, floor irregularities or unusual play.

• Regular attendance is essential for successful performance in this role.
• Other duties as required.

Salary: $12.14 + tips
