Job summary

Bally's in Black Hawk is seeking a Blackjack Dealer to provide excellent guest service and accurate card dealing on the gaming floor. You will deal Blackjack, accept bets, build rapport with guests, and process cash transactions while ensuring compliance with all rules and internal controls.

Regular attendance is essential, and you must clearly communicate game rules to patrons while adhering to state gaming regulations and Bally's policies.

Maintains a knowledge of, and adherence to, company/department policies and procedures, including those pertaining to State and Federal regulations. Controls pace of the game and ensures highest level of game protection at all times. Informs Supervisor of attempts to cheat, floor irregularities or unusual play.

Salary: $12.14 + tips
