Job summary

Bally's Corporation is seeking a blackjack dealer to provide genuine customer service to guests, deal blackjack, accept bets, and maintain rapport at gaming tables in a regulated environment.

The role requires adherence to state gaming regulations, performing table openings/closings, and precise handling of transactions with a focus on attendance and reliability.

• Opens and closes tables according to established guidelines and procedures.
• Comply with all company and departmental policies and procedures, State Gaming Regulations, and Internal Controls.
• Other duties as required.

Job description

Maintains a knowledge of, and adherence to, company/department policies and procedures, including those pertaining to State and Federal regulations. Controls pace of the game and ensures highest level of game protection at all times. Informs Supervisor of attempts to cheat, floor irregularities or unusual play.

• Other duties as required.

Salary: $12.14 + tips
