Bally’s Black Hawk Casino is seeking a table games dealer to uphold company and department policies, including state and federal regulations, and to control game pace while ensuring top-level game protection at all times. The role requires alert reporting to Supervisors on irregularities or unusual play.

Responsibilities include delivering genuine customer service, accepting bets, building rapport with guests, paying winners, articulating rules, managing table fills/credits, opening/closing

• Build and maintain rapport with guests
• Pays winners and collects from non-winners.
• Must be able to articulate rules and regulations to patrons.
• Fills and credits tables according to established guidelines and procedures.
• Opens and closes tables according to established guidelines and procedures.
• Comply with all company and departmental policies and procedures, State Gaming Regulations, and Internal Controls.
• Regular attendance is essential for successful performance in this role.
• Other duties as required.

Maintains a knowledge of, and adherence to, company/department policies and procedures, including those pertaining to State and Federal regulations. Controls pace of the game and ensures highest level of game protection at all times. Informs Supervisor of attempts to cheat, floor irregularities or unusual play.
