Composition Brands is seeking a dynamic Dealer Support Specialist to back our dealer network in partnership with DSMs. You will ensure a frictionless experience through proactive engagement and strong operational support.

You will process orders, track shipments, respond to dealer inquiries, and coordinate cross-functionally with operations, sales, and logistics. Travel may be occasional for training and meetings.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 5+ years in inside sales, sales support, or account management (B2B/dealer-distributor preferred).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Process orders, track shipments, chase lead times and ETAs.
• Coordinate with operations and finance for order release, billing, and freight issues.
• Respond to dealer inquiries (product, pricing, specs, inventory).
• Coordinate samples as needed.
• Act as the go-to resource for dealers with a responsive, can-do attitude.
• Conduct regular phone/email check-ins with the DSMs to identify opportunities and keep them updated on their accounts.
• Align and communicate efforts across sales, marketing, operations, and logistics.
• Assist DSMs with administrative needs around the Buying Groups.
