Composition Brands is seeking a Dealer Support Specialist to assist our dealer network in partnership with District Sales Managers. The role emphasizes proactive engagement, operational support, and delivering a frictionless experience for dealers.

Ideal candidates are customer-focused, solution-oriented, with the ability to work autonomously and have decision-making authority. This position requires travel occasionally for meetings and product training.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 5+ years in inside sales, sales support, account management, or business development (B2B/dealer-distributor preferred).
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsabilidades

• Process orders and track shipments; chase ETAs.
• Respond to dealer inquiries (pricing, specs, inventory).
• Coordinate with operations, finance, and logistics for order release and billing.
• Maintain product knowledge through training and onboarding paperwork.
• Assist DSMs with administrative needs around buying groups.
