Job summary

Entrega is seeking a Dealer Operations Analyst to provide expert support to Dealers, addressing technical questions and onboarding needs with urgency and empathy. You will communicate via phone and email, document interactions, and contribute to smooth daily operations through strong teamwork and problem-solving.

You will troubleshoot OEM software applications, manage dealer inquiries, and ensure high-quality documentation and data narratives for project delivery to clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 4+ years in customer and client service or technical support.
• Professional references available upon request.

Responsibilities

• Manage dealer communications via phone and email with empathy and accuracy.
• Troubleshoot OEM software applications; perform root cause analysis.
• Coordinate onboarding process for dealers to OEM software.
• Document interactions and create accurate data narratives for clients.
• Support additional tasks to help overall organizational success.
