Job summary

Capital One Auto is seeking a Dealer Success Manager Coach who will train, coach and motivate a team of Dealer Success Managers, sharing winning best practices and improving processes within our Sales Organization while working with Outside Sales partners nationwide.

As a People Leader, you will directly supervise the team, drive performance, and ensure compliance with policy. Travel up to 50% may be required; Plano, TX salary ranges are provided and Capital One offers competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent and 3+ years of staff management and training.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred; 5+ years of staff management and training experience.
• 3+ years of experience in Auto Finance industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct management and coaching of Dealer Success Managers.
• Oversee training programs and career development.
• Drive performance reviews and talent development.
• Ensure policy adherence and compliant actions.
• Collaborate with regional leaders to improve processes.
• Travel up to 50% may be required.
