• Own the customer adoption and retention lifecycle for Navigator Platform and support sales efforts.
• Provide subject matter expertise on processes and Navigator Platform; troubleshoot related issues.
• Conduct frequent in-market visits to dealerships to foster relationships and enable adoption.
