Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
• At least 3 years experience in staff management and training.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 5+ years of staff management and training experience.
• 3+ years of experience in Auto Finance industry.

Responsibilities

• Direct management and coaching of Dealer Success Managers and oversee performance.
• Provide initial training, coaching and ongoing development for new hires.
• Ensure policy adherence and accountable actions across the team.
• Communicate effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Travel up to 50% may be required.
