Job summary

Tahcar is seeking a Dealer Success Coordinator in Pleasanton, CA to onboard new dealerships, train users, and ensure an outstanding customer experience. This role focuses on onboarding, support, and relationship-building with automotive dealers within a fast-growing SaaS platform.

You will work in-office, collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues, manage shipments, and drive customer success as Tahcar expands across the United States.

• Help dealerships maximize the value of the Tahcar platform and identify improvement opportunities.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and account notes.
