• Serve as a liaison between dealers and internal departments to support efficient order fulfillment.
• Respond to dealer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to customer interactions.
• Support team objectives and assist with additional projects as needed.
• Maintain strict confidentiality.
