Becklar, LLC is seeking a Dealer Care Representative to strengthen relationships with Becklar’s dealers through proactive communication and excellent service.

In this role you will handle dealer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high satisfaction across interactions. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while keeping a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of customer service experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to dealer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Research problems and determine the best solutions.
• Use critical thinking to handle diverse situations.
• Follow up on dealer requests to ensure resolution.
• Manage escalations with professionalism and positive outcomes.
• Mentor team members to support service quality.
• Participate in training to improve skills.
• Support additional projects as assigned.
