The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a customer-first mindset.

Formación

• 1–2+ years of customer service experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to dealer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely, professional manner.
• Research problems and determine best solutions.
• Use critical thinking to handle diverse situations.
• Follow up on dealer requests to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
• Manage escalations with a focus on positive outcomes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers.
