Qualifications

• Minimum of 9 years of progressive HR experience supporting a sales organization.
• Proven experience in leading and managing an HR team.
• Expertise in HR Operations, business partnering, end-to-end employee lifecycle management including talent management, organizational design, and change management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary HR connection to Sales leadership in the North America region.
• Translate business strategy into proactive HR initiatives that drive organizational performance and employee engagement.
• Oversee talent management processes including performance management, succession planning, and high-potential identification.
• Partner on workforce planning to ensure structure, roles and staffing align with objectives.
• Manage complex Employee Relations issues and foster a positive work environment.
• Lead and develop the HR team, ensuring compliance and professional growth.
• Oversee end-to-end HR operations and regional lifecycle processes.
• Develop local HR policies ensuring regulatory compliance and consistency across sites.
