Qualifications

• Minimum of 9 years of progressive HR experience, supporting a sales organization.
• Proven experience in leading and managing an HR team.

Responsibilities

• HR Management: primary HR connection to Sales leadership in North America.
• Talent Management: oversee performance management, succession planning, and high-potential identification.
• Workforce Planning: partner with leaders on staffing and organizational design.
• Employee Relations: handle complex employee relations issues to foster positive environment.
• Team Leadership: develop HR Generalist and Front Desk Admin to high performance.
