Job summary

Openlane’s AFC unit seeks a Relationship Specialist in the Atlanta, GA metro area who thrives on building strong dealer relationships. You will provide financing solutions (floorplanning) for independent auto dealers and expand the customer base while balancing risk.

You will use CRM tools to understand client needs, manage accounts, and drive cross-platform promotions. Travel 50–75% within your market is required to support current and prospective customers.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in customer-facing, sales, or sales support roles.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Bilingual in English & Spanish.
• Willingness to travel 50–75% within your market.
• Strong portfolio management, risk awareness, and new business development.

Responsibilities

• Use CRM tools to assess customer needs and manage work queues.
