Job summary

AFC, a subsidiary of OPENLANE, is seeking a Relationship Specialist who thrives on building relationships with current and prospective automotive dealers. You will travel within your market (Plano/Frisco TX) 50-75% to support financing needs, grow AFC's floorplanning portfolio, and promote product campaigns while balancing risk.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in customer-facing roles and a track record of driving revenue through excellent service.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in customer-facing, sales, or sales support roles.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel 50–75% within your market.

Responsibilities

• Assess business and risk situations using critical thinking with minimal supervision.
• Build understanding of customer needs using CRM tools and work queues.
• Grow the portfolio by promoting campaigns and partnerships while managing risk on accounts.
