Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in outside sales preferably in the auto finance or insurance industry.
• Previous documented high achievement in financial sales is preferred.
• Must be self-motivated.
• Should possess strong organizational skills.
• Should possess strong verbal, written, and phone communication skills with the ability to relate to all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with auto dealers.
• Customize programs for dealers' specific needs.
• Develop a quarterly Business Development Plan to market and manage the Territory to achieve goals.
• Participate in local, state, and possibly national auto dealer association shows, auctions, and functions.
• Collaborate with regional service center staff to provide quality dealer service.
