Job summary

CNA, based in Scottsdale, AZ, seeks a Profit-Sharing Programs Manager to lead dealer profit-sharing and reinsurance program operations. You’ll oversee governance, accuracy, and regulatory alignment while coordinating with internal teams, TPAs, and partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, finance, marketing, or related field; equivalent work experience considered.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, including 3 years in management.
• Insurance accounting or financial analysis experience preferred.
• Knowledge of reinsurance and profit-sharing structures (CFC, NCFC, Retro) preferred.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams across operations, analytics, and client services.
• Strong understanding of cash flow, trust structures, and compliance requirements.
• Ability to manage complex relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proven people management and talent development skills.
• Proficiency with Tableau and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end dealer program operations, onboarding, cash flow processing, and related changes.
• Create and maintain SOPs, SLAs, and quality standards for accuracy and timeliness.
• Support field teams by managing request intake, tracking, and escalation of issues.
• Partner with analytics to monitor KPIs, improve dashboards, and drive improvements.
• Manage relationships with TPAs, trust banks, accounting partners, and internal teams.
• Improve processes, workflows, documentation, controls, and automation.
• Hire, coach, develop, and retain a high-performing team.
