Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in related fields.
• Strong knowledge of reinsurance/profit-sharing structures (CFC, NCFC, Retro, etc.).
• Experience leading multi-functional teams (operations, analytics, client service).
• Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder environments and relationships.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution of dealer program operations, including onboarding, legal setup, cash flow processing, collateral oversight, runoff activities, and complex transactions such as commutations, buyouts, and structural changes.
• Establish and enforce SOPs, SLAs, and quality standards to ensure activities are accurate, timely, and controlled.
• Lead field and stakeholder enablement by overseeing request intake, tracking, communication, service model effectiveness, and escalation of complex issues.
• Manage program performance and reporting governance by partnering with analytics to monitor KPIs, ensure accurate compliance reporting, and translate insights into actions.
• Own and manage third-party and internal partner relationships with TPAs, trust banks, accounting partners, investment advisors, etc.
• Identify and implement process improvements, standardized workflows, documentation, controls, automation, and program enhancements.
• Hire, develop, coach/mentor, and retain high-performing team members with a focus on culture and succession planning.
