Job summary

CNAN, based in Scottsdale, Arizona, leads high-impact dealer program operations for service contracts and related protection products. The role oversees onboarding, legal setup, cash flow processing, collateral oversight, and strategy changes to support scalable growth and compliance.

You will partner with analytics and stakeholders to improve KPIs, dashboards, and data-driven improvements, while managing relationships with TPAs, banks, and internal teams.

Qualifications

  • Accounting or financial management leadership experience in insurance or vehicle service contracts.
  • Knowledge of reinsurance and profit-sharing structures (CFC, NCFC, Retro).
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, marketing, or related field; equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, including 3 years of management.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams across operations, analytics, and client services.
  • Strong understanding of cash flow, trust structures, and compliance requirements.
  • Proven people management and talent development skills.
  • Proficiency with Tableau and Excel.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end dealer program operations, including onboarding, legal setup, cash flow processing, collateral oversight, runoff activities, commutations, buyouts, and other structural changes.
  • Create and maintain SOPs, SLAs, and quality standards to ensure program activities are accurate, timely, controlled, and consistent.
  • Support field teams and stakeholders by managing request intake, tracking, communication, service model effectiveness, and escalation of complex or high-visibility issues.
  • Partner with analytics to monitor KPIs, strengthen compliance reporting, improve dashboards and tools, and turn insights into operational improvements.
  • Manage relationships with TPAs, trust banks, accounting partners, investment advisors, and internal teams to align expectations, data accuracy, and timelines.
  • Improve processes, workflows, documentation, controls, automation, and program enhancements to increase efficiency, scalability, and consistency.
  • Hire, coach, develop, and retain a high-performing team while promoting accountability, engagement, inclusion, talent development, and succession planning.

In District of Columbia, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York and Washington, the national base pay range for this job level is $72,000 to $141,000 annually. Salary determinations are based on various factors, including but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and location. What We’re Looking For
