Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in channel marketing, dealer network development, commercial operations, or related field.
• Proven ability to deliver results in complex environments.
• Strong track record leading cross-functional initiatives and driving performance through incentive programs.
• Ability to design and implement integrated, scalable performance systems across a dealer network.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen with understanding of volume, market share and incentives.
• Experience simplifying complex processes and driving adoption across diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Owns and leads the integrated Dealer Performance System aligning standards, certifications, and incentives.
• Ensures dealer program structures translate into customer value and measurable market share growth.
• Defines clear expectations for dealer excellence across sales, operations, service, and customer experience.
• Builds dealer capability through certifications that strengthen technical skills and digital adoption.
• Aligns incentive programs to reward behaviors that drive volume and loyalty.
• Simplifies cost of doing business by reducing complexity and streamlining reporting.
